[AusNOG] Telstra mobile issues again?

wifi calling works still, i had an inbound call after it all stopped and i
can still make outbound calls when i'm on the wireless in the office
(though inbound seems broken now)
still getting text messages too but i believe that's not delivered over 4G
(where voice calls are data over 4G nowadays)
