Hi Russell,

I was of the understanding that internal wiring up to the utility box was the responsibility of the owner of the premises, is that not the case?

Hi Chris,

Please raise with your RSP who can do nbn portal tests to help isolate.
Anything from HFC nbn modem to POI can only be touched by NBN.

Hi All,

I have a customer that is supposed to have a HFC service, however indicator lights appear to show that the device does not have a connection to the NBN Network (no surprises there). Would this likely be a problem between the utility box and the POI, or the utility box and the NTU? Is there anything that can potentially be done without having to wait for an NBN tech to go out to the site?

Thanks,

CH.
