[AusNOG] Outlook/Hotmail spam contact

Does anyone have any contact who can help with a IP block being blocked
Our ranges are registered with 'Smart Network Data Service' and it's
telling me that our range is blocked due to "Blocked due to user
complaints or other evidence of spamming"
The strange thing is the 'View Data' section which usually shows emails
which caused the block is empty - no suspicious emails over the last 2
It's been about a week of this and it's starting to get annoying.
