Haven't used Code Two, but those features are also provided by
MigrationWiz.

One thing I like about MigrationWiz is the test migration feature - it
lets you get the authentication set up and migrate a few emails, a few
contacts and so on to make sure everything is working, and you can do
this for ALL your planned migratees without paying a cent.
