[AusNOG] Dutton decryption bill

They don't need a root certificate - the Bill gives them rights to 'request
assistance' from any device manufacturer or part supplier to backdoor the whole phone
OS, or your VDSL modem, or your Amazon Alexa/Google Home, or the Snapchat app itself.
Or the embedded OS in your harddrives.
