Hey Chad,

AUDA is taking the initiative as far as transferring domains from Enetica, they've got a team working all weekend. The following is from their latest update.

auDA will assist Enetica customers in obtaining their domain name password to facilitate a transfer of their domain name to another registrar, if they wish.

The application form and process to undertake this, is available here https://www.auda.org.au/assets/Enetica-Password-Recovery-Form.pdf.

auDA's compliance team will be working over the weekend to process the requests sent to enetica at auda.org.au as quickly as possible - it's an email only service.

Hope it helps mate.

Will

Because the domain has it's DNS servers with Enetica and they are completely down, I can't get the confirmation email to initiate the transfer. Netregistry say without the confirmation, they can't do anything.

This certainly can be done, well the approval without the transfer request email anyway, as registrars have done it in the past when moving registrations from one to another.
It just needs to be approved by AuDA and Ausregistry.
Given the circumstances it wouldn't be that hard to organise.
Regards Chad.

Anyone else experiencing an AAPT outage on NWB?

We are seeing very slow speeds across all our circuits. Initially we thought it was ADSL and NBN in NSW but it seems to have gone Australia wide. Our traffic levels have drooped by 2/3rds.

Our EAL link is to Melbourne.

Our other services are unaffected.
