[AusNOG] NBN wireless MTU issue

Hi all,

According to the NBN product tech spec here:
http://www.nbnco.com.au/content/dam/nbnco2/documents/sfaa-wba2-product-catalogue-nebs-product-tech-spec_20170109.pdf
page 69 reports that we should be able to get an MTU of 1940 bytes on DSCP mapped services on NBN wireless.

However, I only seem to be able to get 1522 byte packets over it on 2 wireless services that are on separate CVCs (and separate PoI). NBN fibre allows me to push at least 1526 over it (haven't tried higher) on the same CVCs, but the document reports it should be able to do more than wireless anyway.

Has anyone else had this issue, or definitely been able to exceed 1522?

I've lodged a ticket with NBN about it last Wednesday, but haven't had any response from them yet. Escalation with account manager is in progress.

Regards,
