[AusNOG] Is there such thing as peering with Telstra in Australia

Yes with Telstra domestic you pick up all the Australian routes from Optus
(AS7474), AAPT (AS2764), and Verizon (AS703)

As an added surprise, you also pick up a small amount of TelstraGlobal
(AS4637) routes, most of which are in Singapore/HongKong, but also some
strange ones which are originated in Australia

You might find the pricing to be quite similar though between domestic and
full table at low commits of <1G
