[AusNOG] RJ21 Male to 24 port RJ45 Patch Panel

Hi all, I am looking for an Australian supplier for cable assembly we need for some work. 
We need an RJ21 Male connector, preferably an angled connector, pre-terminated to an RJ45 Patch panel with a 1M cable, although the cable length isn't an issue.
Pairs need to be terminated in the fashion of pins 1 and 2 equals pair 1, pins 3 and 4 equals pair 2 etc.
 
I have tried a number of suppliers but availability of something like this seems to be minimal, some have said they can get it in 1-2 months, others say no, I can find them online from the UK but would rather purchase from an Australian provider if I can.
 
Any suggestions on who would have such a cable would be appreciated.
