[AusNOG] India connectivity

Hi folks,

I'm hoping that someone may have a suggestion, I have 2 new sites in Rajasthan, India that I need to commission. I will probably need a 5 meg BDSL connection with a public ipv4 address (or whatever equivalent service they offer) at each site and then a 3G provider for failover.

Obviously looking for a high quality provider, has anyone got any sites out there or any experience with ISP's I should look to or stay away from?
