story with it is, as according to the IEEE's database, it has been
assigned to 3 different organisations:

* RMIT

Is there anybody here from RMIT or who might know somebody from RMIT
who may know the story behind this OUI assignment, likely to have
occurred during the 80s or 90s?

(It's interesting to find out that not only have MAC addresses been
duplicated, an OUI has been too.)
