As a further FYI - ACCAN published a review of the Warrnambool exchange
fire via project under the grants scheme a while back.
See: http://accan.org.au/grants/completed-grants/623-
warrnambool-exchange-fire-consumer-impact-analysis

there are a raft of resources there (and elsewhere on the ACCAN site) you
may wish to point your customers at, eg the Telecommunications survival
plans (same page) or even the small business tip sheets
<http://accan.org.au/small-business/small-business-tip-sheets>, one of
which includes a continuity plan.

These resources are intended as a reasonable consumer guide. More complex
cases should seek advice.

I'd be keen to see this new piece of work if people participate.
