[AusNOG] ?==?utf-8?q? Telstra mobile to SIP issues

For the record, I was calling said Govt department (their help desk in
point of fact) from a Voda mobile... Fourth call didn't get dropped.
Happens at the point where it would answer. This is a number I dial
multiple times a day from the same locations, so not a signal issue. I
do believe their inbound is a large VOIP installation.
