[AusNOG] AAPT - Fibre Break in Melbourne

Unfortunately, DBYD is not always 100% - I've been part of a crew that 
dug up a major Optus fibre line once (regional city not major metro 
area), because it was incorrectly marked in DBYD. AFAIK (was not 
management at the time), no repercussions arose as we were following a 
clear path based on those maps.
