[AusNOG] Network Monitoring @ RFLAN

That particular blog from DreamHack was too a good read and one we took some inspiration. (https://prometheus.io/blog/2015/06/24/monitoring-dreamhack/)

We thought this was a different application of the technology and would be interesting for the community. We looked at Prometheus as above but it wasn't quite the right fit in its current release. We hope to look back at it again soon.
