I suspect so, the only ones I am aware of that are having issues are 
Business iiNet NBN connections, my particular client is on a NBN 
Business 2 plan.

The problem looks to be within the iiNet part of the network, the NBN 
side looks fine, the link is remaining up and the Static IP lease 
remains on the router and no port errors, my client has a Fibre phone 
service on the NTD for legacy FAX and that has remained unaffected.

  I hope it is resolved tonight, their response is less than special for 
a business service, keeping the customer informed even via the ticket 
has been NIL, Still waiting a callback from 2PM today as well.
