Hi Philip & Milan,

Yes same here, have a client whos had internet dropped packets fairly
consistently since Monday on their iiNet NBN service in Hobart, Tasmania
which has taken out their hosted iiNet Lync VOiP phone services and
hosted Exchange, well, to the point where they are pretty much unusable.

I have a case open with them since Monday, theyre on a Business NBN
plan, the lack of communication from them has been somewhat concerning,
I've had to forward their VOIP services to a mobile phone which is less
than ideal.

If anyone has heard any further details feel free to drop me a note off
list, I have a callback to the help desk requested but looking at a 1
hour wait.

Kind Regards,
Jim.
