[AusNOG] VDSL / ADSL crosstalk

For a while, there was legacy VDSL1 with CAP modulation (12Mhz?) with being
midpoint injected against the lower-power VDSL2 in most locations. Problems
were expected but none arose.

There was also much technical pearl-clutching about the use of
simple-impedance splitters on a voice network designed for complex
impedance. Again, when there is top-shelf cabling (tips hat), it turns out
this is a non-issue.
