[AusNOG] Access to internet connection in Hobart for large data upload

The NBN coverage map now shows all of Hobart CBD covered by fixed NBN.

ie: you could find someone to signup a 100/40 connection today and rsync a
TB to the cloud by Sunday.

Or you could just express post a USB disk today.
