[AusNOG] Prefix advertised from other countries

No luck needed, they regularly intervene in such incidents if you can 
prove you own the IP range.

I've had good luck from Zayo, GTT, Cogent and PCCW when trying to do 
exactly this. It usually does take some time (and a lot of explaining) 
though...
