Never had any problems with them. I have used some of the other WTI 
products as well, same thing, no issues at all.

The ones I have can be accessed via a web interface to power on/power 
off/reboot or via telnet/ssh. Dual inputs is handy for gear with two 
PSU's, they also sell ones with an ATS for gear that is only single PSU 
(if you want dual feeds for them).
