[AusNOG] Long live our new Communications Minister

That's exactly what I'm doing at the coming federal election.
I asked on list many months ago about what people wanted to see happening in the telecommunications space and was swiftly moderated, perhaps I didn't phrase the question properly.

This list has a consolidated wealth of experience with key knowledge on what and how would be the best mechanisms and methods to implement positive change through adapting technology with our demographics, and I'm still interested to hear your professional opinions should you wish to share them constructively.

I would love to be a independent senator with some serious clout in
the upper house and not be tied to party lines!

I'm in same boat as you without a family of my own/ kids (and am
single) aswell as being in a top tax bracket......One of the forgotten
Australians...

I've been thinking lately what a tilt at the senate would cost....

 Many Thanks

 Mitchell Keating

industry I work in (ie communications). I have no kids nor family, so
most of the other policies are not taken into consideration when I
enter the booth. This may be short sighted and shallow, but that’s
the way it is for me given my current position. Of course this could
change at any time.

chances are that party would get my vote. This is based solely on the
slight possibility that they may have a tiny bit of sway in the party
to improve infrastructure for our nation.
