[AusNOG] Long live our new Communications Minister

The math seems to indicate an October 31st election it's likely I think regardless of the spill outcome. We should have six weeks to see what the new NBN policy will be from the coalition. Perhaps we will be back at FTTP who knows. But it would be useful to get some certainty so plans can be made beyond 2 years.
