I think the most interesting thing to see is if the current NBN plan will stay the same with change of PM’s

How much influence did the PM  have in the plan.

Turnbull wouldn't have challenged unless the numbers were in the bag.

Abbott is done.

All hail PM Turnbull. It will be interesting to see if he hands the comms portfolio to someone else, or keeps it for himself...
