I am informed by an awesome member of Ausnog that TPG just bought the building...

So I assume they are staying there long term :)

Maybe the DC will be staying there... ?

I'd dearly love 1-2RU of Colo in that DC with some normal commercial transit/capacity (given their own building should be TPG OnNet) and I can wireless it to my office across the road.

I am literally so close to these guys we see their guest wifi at my desk!

Hi all,

I need a fibre link to my office in Forest Lodge (Glebe) in Sydney... this crappy DSL is killing us.

Telstra is in the building (pretty sure they have it upstairs). We're opposite the AAPT Glebe DC - but apparently it is closing down so I am told (happy to hear otherwise) so I can't get a link/colo in there sadly.

Happy to consider Optus, TPG, Vocus, FirstPath or anyones fibre - I don't really care - just no massive install costs please.

I would even consider wireless if the capex is low and performs well.

Looking for between 50/50 to 100/100 - 12 or 24 month terms preferred (has to be a good deal for 36months with built in annual review) with preferably lowest install possible. It doesn't actually have to be symmetrical and would consider 100/40 and alike, but still need decent upstream.

I don't really want EFM unless it is fast enough and reasonably priced.

I want a static IP and BGP (not for hosting, just for redundancy) and I'd prefer flat rate internet included to a decent upstream with peering (where you can announce our range/ASN to). IPv6 would also be nice (and expected from a decent provider).

Address is: 198-206 St Johns Rd, Forest Lodge, NSW.

Please contact me off-list ONLY if you can offer what I am asking for.
