IronPort will block the majority of these kinds of emails as well 
though, and you can download plugins for most mail clients where you 
click the report spam button and it automatically sends the mail to 
IronPort.
It won't block absolutely everything but it grabs over 90% of spam, its 
a pretty good bit of kit.
