[AusNOG] Telstra Backhaul Break - Whyalla / Port Lincoln / Port Pirie

Thanks Mark, appreciate it. I had wondered if it's part of this,
however, the fire/damage isn't near to those towns, so it was hard to
tell if it was related, in that I'm not sure if the fibre goes through
this path at all. Thanks for your time :)
