[AusNOG] NetRegistry/TPP & Telstra DNS problem

The problem here is Telstra's residential DNS servers.

There are issues reported everywhere today with many different networks.

We had this about a month ago where Telstra was simply not talking to our DNS servers randomly.
We run our own nameservers.

I know this is an issue between Telstra and NetRegistry but could anyone point me in the right direction on who I can follow this up with at Telstra's end to get a resolution? This is actually the second time it has happened (occurred a few weeks ago, and was resolved after about 12 hours).
