[AusNOG] VoIP / SIP server for Amazon EC2

Everything is relayed via Asterisk. No p2p.

The exact setup is:
Web Browser + SIPML5 -> RTCWeb Breaker (AWS) -> Asterisk (AWS) -> 
Upstream VoIP Provider

Horribly complicated but it is performing very well.
