[AusNOG] VoIP / SIP server for Amazon EC2

I've recently set up an Asterisk server on AWS just for some testing of
some things but I'm generally impressed.

My setup is FreePBX/Ubuntu 14/Asterisk 12 on a t2.micro instance.

There is no appreciable lag or any issues with voice performance for 2-3
calls at once.

This isn't a final setup, just for testing and I'd probably go for
guaranteed resources (not a t2) for the final setup.
It is doing the job without any struggles at all however.
