I have 14 years experience which is an experience equivalent to a degree + extras but it looks like employers are looking for the word "Degree" on my CV, and I don't have that, so I'm going to see what's required to get a degree with RPL with the intention of making myself "more hirable".
I doubt any University will offer RPL on an entire degree program. The
policy at Swinburne (probably the same at all Unis) will be that no more
than half a degree can be credited with RPL
