[AusNOG] Metadata monitoring in AWS

So the questions I would have are:

1.  Is AWS going to be considered an ISP with regard to the IP transit, and
as a result required to maintain records?
2.  If so, could this be a way of them monetising the service they may have
been legally required to implement anyway?
