[AusNOG] Site Visit - Sydney - Line/MDF Technician - ASAP

I've seen this issue going on for a long time Narelle, but its definitely
getting worse.

I had at least three EFM services have their copper either part,
incorrectly or completely not delivered over a two week period a couple of
months ago. It was Friday and the (non-telstra) tech said he had seen 7
services with the same problem that week alone.
