[AusNOG] Best practice BGP and wan links

Using VRRP with BGP like that is not best practice.

Best practice is to run two EBGP sessions across your two links and then
run an IBGP session between the routers.

Do you really need BGP? VRRP and static routing would be far simpler and if
you don't have much BGP expertise, far easier to get right.
