[AusNOG] LR to LRL

Could always just attenuate the input of the 1k optic to be on the safe
side to keep it in the optics receive-sensitivity mid-range. Maybe a 3db or
5db attenuator?

>From what I understand, receive optics of higher km are usually more
sensitive.. so i'd perhaps be just as if not more worried about the receive
side of the 10km optic being bedazzled. (might need to attenuate it too).
