[AusNOG] Vocus Melbourne Outage

Hi Daniel,

We had a hit on our SYD-MEL intercap for 2 mins but of course we have diversity so we did not see any outages, and speaking to our NOC there does not seem to be any reported outages by customers in Melb. If your happy to share with me off list who the others are you spoke to I am happy to look into it.
