Yes and no. Where it's a question of terms of service, so it's a question
of contractual interpretation,
that's a civil dispute, so off topic. But deliberate sabotage of a carrier
service would be criminal hacking, so probably within the list charter (as
long as no names ianal standard procedure etc.)
