If this is the result of a commercial dispute between the parties then this is not the place to discuss the matter.  Furthermore, as per the list charter,

	legal dispute MAY be in scope, details of a commercial or legal nature
	are NOT permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, naming the
	parties involved or including any details of the individuals employed
	by or associated with the parties that are involved in the dispute.

If there is indeed a commercial dispute then please leave this to your customer and the other party, and cease posting to the list in relation to the matter.
