[AusNOG] Outage management

Hi all, just wondering what the weapon of choice is for people when it comes to outage notifications to customers ?
 
Some people use just email, some people use their ticketing system, some people use twitter, I thought it would be a valuable question to ask as it's such an important thing for many businesses, well the ones who want to keep their customers in the know anyway J
