[AusNOG] Is TPG blocking everything to AS4851?

As a follow-on, and because I have seen ARP across the PIPE QLD IX from
multiple providers for TPG going unanswered still, I thought I'd check the
PIPE Customer Graphs for QLD, however the link is so idle I'm thinking that
TPG may have changed ports? Can anyone from PIPE confirm the updated target
interface id if this is true?

Currently appears like a downed port:
https://mrtg.pipenetworks.com/customer/history.php?target=int18225&size=500&label=TPGone%20INTERNET&type=bps

And a friendly reminder to the TPG guys to please feel free to throw in
your 2c on the list to save us all from guessing how your are progressing
here.

Cheers,

Nick
