[AusNOG] TPG Peering

Brutal way to do things and it doesn't really pay off unless you're the
size of Netflix (and even then it kinda flopped and they still had to fork
out big).

TPG are here, and they do peer at that traffic level - you might have to
set the users loose on them first though if you're not getting a
satisfactory response.
