Hi All,

Thought I would throw this out into the world since I'm not getting anywhere
with Pipe's NOC.

Had a new service "handed" off a week ago yet it's still not working and has
apparently been escalated into the abys.

Basically have an inter-cap between Sydney & Melbourne and we are not
receiving any MAC addresses on either end of the link, but Pipe is receiving
our MAC addresses.

On the Sydney end we have a working service on the same NTU, only difference
I can see from our side is that service has speed & duplex forced whereas
they are using Auto for the new one. I have raised this with their NOC but
they discounted that as being a potential issue.

Kind regards

Dylan.
