Ta, was in the process of doing that, problem we faced was the zone was managed by melbourneit and when you unmanage it  deletes the zone file, so any one cached to melbourneit would fail !

Yes, well the client did, he sent me a screen shot of what was in there, I created the new zones on our servers BIND, and he then did the “Redelegate” button.

300 seconds later, entrys started to appear on 8.8.8.8…

Like another poster – we then moved the delegation in-house, problem solved..
