[AusNOG] melbourneit easyclouddns.net outage

Yeah, I seem to be having those issues too. Can't resolve that name and
also can't seem to resolve BPay, which is hosted on the nameservers for
easyclouddns (As per http://bgp.he.net/dns/bpay.com.au).
