Of course this depends on Australians actually giving a toss about Netflix. 

For as long as it’s expensive and crippled the Australia Netflix isn’t a problem or a solution.

But if it isn’t then ISPs on the NBN and other wholesale platforms with per megabit aggregation costs are in for a world of commercial pain.
