This is all fantastic. But, "in the process of specifying." So we'll see 
it in CPE in 5 years? I might even have NBN by that point. As a side note, 
how does MPTCP (RFC 6824) work in this sort of environment? Now that's a 
client-side solution to multiple uplinks.
