[AusNOG] PIPE DC's to allow Megaport!

Congrats on the long slog Bevan and MP!

With this victory now, will it enable MP to enter even Telstra/Pacnet etc
DCs now? Or is that.. not the same? I guess since PIPE/TPG operate DCs for
customers, whereas Telstra/pacnet is purely internal/end user use?
