[AusNOG] APNIC allocated new space - all members eligible to receive an additional /22

There has been a bit of that going on recently, sadly some less reliable
companies (in US/EU) send out deals not 5 minutes later... "Want to order
IPv4 addresses *IN BULK* WITH ABSOLUTELY NO JUSTIFICATION REQUIRED? Here's
your chance!"....
