[AusNOG] Radiator vs FreeRADIUS

FreeRADIUS is very extensible too these days, with perl, ruby, python
modules that hook in to all the appropriate places.   The config files
also have a procedural language capable of conditionals and actions etc.

But, Radiator likely includes a lot of "already developed" stuff which
one might have to spend some time developing to integrate with their
specific application.
