[AusNOG] Process for installing new kit in existing racks in .au data centres?

** Equinix have never requested any numbers for our kit installed (or 
removed) in the US (or AU).

The one thing I have observed with Equinix is that the procedures are 
very similar, yet very different across different countries. Possibly in 
the case of the US, difference procedures in different cities.
